Side Hustle Catalog (“the site”, “we”) at https://sidehustle.linkedbits.net is operated by VGJ LLC. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for the email address on your account and for anything done with a sign-in link or MCP token sent to it. Keep MCP tokens secret; anyone holding one can read your profile and scores through the MCP endpoint. You can revoke a token at any time from your account, and “log out everywhere” invalidates every session.

The catalog is our own editorial synthesis of publicly available podcast and video discussions. Each idea and episode page credits its sources and links to the original video on YouTube or the episode on the podcast's own site. We publish our own synopses, summaries and comparisons; we do not reproduce descriptions, show notes or transcripts. The channel names and trademarks belong to their owners, who are not affiliated with and do not endorse this site.

The catalog text, structure and scoring system are ours. You may read, link to and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not scrape, copy or republish the catalog in bulk, resell it, or use it to build a competing dataset without written permission. The public llms.txt files exist so AI assistants can cite the site; they do not grant a license to copy it.

Fit scores, reasons, angles and first steps are produced by an AI model from your profile and the public idea briefs. They can be wrong, generic or out of date. They are a way to sort a long list, not an assessment of you and not a prediction of success. Check anything you intend to act on.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, employment or business advice. Income figures quoted from episodes or written in idea summaries are claims made by the people in those videos or illustrative ranges, not promises. Some ideas involve regulated activities, platform rules, age limits or state-by-state legality (for example sweepstakes promotions and gig platforms). You are responsible for checking what applies to you before you spend money, sign up anywhere, or start a business.

Pro costs $2.99 per month and is billed by Stripe as a recurring subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Pro adds unlimited re-scoring, the personal MCP endpoint and the weekly digest, as described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Cancel any time from your account’s billing page; access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and nothing further is charged. If you are unhappy within 7 days of your first payment, write to [email protected] and we will refund it in full. Later periods are not refunded pro rata. If a renewal payment fails we keep Pro features on for a 7-day grace period while Stripe retries, then the account returns to Free. We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

Free accounts get the full public catalog and one complete fit scoring. We may adjust what the Free plan includes, but we will not take away a scoring you have already received.

Some tool links are affiliate links and are always labelled. We may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never affect rankings or fit scores. Some linked sites are our own. Details are in the affiliate and AI disclosure.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the catalog or your fit data beyond normal use;
• share MCP tokens or use the MCP endpoint to serve other people;
• circumvent rate limits, the Free-plan scoring limit or any access control;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or that contains malware;
• use the site to break any law or a platform’s rules.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things, and we may remove content or limit features to keep the service running for everyone.

What you enter or import stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We do not use it to train models or show it to anyone else.

This is a small service run by a small team. We aim for it to be available and accurate but do not guarantee either; features, content and the catalog change over time. We may stop offering the service with 30 days’ notice, in which case remaining Pro time is refunded pro rata.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, VGJ LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or business decisions made in reliance on the catalog or fit scores. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which VGJ LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is found unenforceable the rest still applies.

If we change these terms materially we will update the effective date above and tell signed-in users by email or on the site before the change applies. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
