Greg solo walkthrough of Codex Sites, the OpenAI tool for self-updating apps that an agent keeps operating. Compared with Replit and Lovable (one-prompt apps) Codex Sites trades simplicity for autonomy. He builds a 'Startup Ideas OS' board live in six prompts: shell, memory/model, safe actions, an admin skill, a save-gate with checkpoints, then proves the loop from a fresh chat.
