Synopsis

Amir demos Claude Skills as automated workflows that live above Projects and sub-agents, pulling context only when relevant to avoid context rot. He walks through what Projects, sub-agents and Skills actually are, why Skills is the biggest leap since sub-agents, and builds three skills live: a UTM link generator via the Artifact Builder, an A/B test idea generator for website optimisation, and a marketing analytics insights skill that reads campaign data and writes a summary. Each skill is a markdown file plus reference documents plus executable Python scripts.
